JUICY! Return Policy

At Juicy! we strongly believe in customer satisfaction.

Please read the following carefully:

Faulty Goods

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 14 business days from when you receive it in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to Juicy! at returns@estick.co before 3.00pm the next working day following receipt.

You are also required to complete a Returns Form and return this with your order.

When returning faulty items we ask you to return goods yourself. On receipt Juicy! will replace the items providing the goods are found to be faulty.  Juicy! will include one 30ml bottle of juice for the return of the items (to compensate for your shipping costs) with the shipment of the replacement items.

The shipping method purchased must include a tracking number.  If no tracking number is provided we cannot guarantee that we will receive the package.

The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

Exceptions

* If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.

* If the goods returned are not in fact faulty and is deemed to be “user error” there will be no replacements provided.

Replacement Items

We will not confirm that we have received your return. After receipt of your goods we aim to issue replacements within 14 working days.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Services Team by e-mail. If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.
